駐車場や軒下など、外から見える場所に、無造作に保管されているタイヤが狙われています。
大切なタイヤを保管する場合は、施錠設備のある場所に保管したり、チェーンロック等の盗難防止グッズを利用するなどして被害を防止しましょう。
防犯カメラやセンサーライトの設置も効果的です。
タイヤを積み込もうとする不審な人物を見かけた場合は、110番通報をお願いします。
